I know there couldn’t be a bigger dichotomy than this that one day you realise that what all you have been able to gather from all the intelligentsia is nothing but only few grounds on which you find yourself in complete contrast with the complete world. You just find certain set of norms and rules which your mind strongly denies to follow as in spite of the fact that in the eyes of this pragmatic world which still believes in evaluating in person in terms of riches and certain set parameters of contentment and satisfaction, you still want to live in your own world. Let the other people call it a fool’s paradise. The common conception of achievements and accomplishments doesn’t hold in this aloof, alienated world of yours. You create that world, live in that and also believe in it. Sounds like a schizophrenic mind? Well, maybe, but I feel everyone has or rather should have an imaginary world, one can escape to, when the real world seems to be failing in terms of giving you the real happiness and bliss.
